Documentation archiving
The system provides the possibility of registration, acceptance and coordination of design documentation. The Approval routes function is provided by the system. All revisions are stored in CLS.
Analytical and digital control
A large number of standard reports have been implemented. It is possible to transfer data and generate additional reports in the Power BI system.
Visual control
The construction progress is visible on the 3D model of the object. Planned, completed, accepted and paid scopes of work are colored in different colors. The information both about the whole object or its individual parts is available. It is easily to visualize the volume of the Subcontractor’s work and compare the planned and actually performed works.
Construction control
The construction control programs are formed in accordance with the planned terms of execution of specific works and information about the actually performed works. The library of appropriate checklists helps control the quality of construction. The detected violations are recorded in the database and visible on the 3D model of the object. CLS system creates the construction purchase orders based on the design documentation data. The combination with the procurement automation system makes it possible to synchronize the delivery schedule and the construction and installation work schedule. The risks related to untimely supply of construction materials are properly analyzed.
