Budget formation in CLS

The CLS system provides an opportunity to create an estimated budget at the pre-construction. For this purpose, statistical data on contract estimates of previously implemented projects are used.

The scope of construction works and supplied materials calculations are based on the BIM model and libraries created in the system.

CLS helps prepare information for conducting tenders for the supply of materials and execution of construction works.

After concluding the contracts and updating the budget the planned and actual financial flows can be compared.

The budget is allocated by time periods on the basis of the stages of the target schedule of construction and installation works.
