The BIM model developed at the design stage can be converted into the CLS database for using it during the construction management.
Using the IFC format, models from almost all known CAD systems can be converted into the CLS database.
There are some convenient tools for preparing and converting models. Rules have been defined - requirements for models that are used during construction management of objects.
